Professional organisations or individuals can instruct Philip, either on behalf of clients or on their own account if they are licensed to do so because of their experience and/or expertise.
Usually most accountants, architects, actuaries, engineers and insurers are automatically deemed suitable.
Direct Public Access
Philip is able to accept instructions directly from members of the public, commercial and non-commercial organisations through the Public Access Scheme.
Philip can provide legal advice, draft documents and appear on behalf of a client during negotiations and before courts and other tribunals. There will be certain circumstances when you may also need to instruct a solicitor as well and Kevin or Philip can explain this in more detail and recommend a suitable and experienced solicitor if required.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we agree fixed fees for each piece of work and we require payment of each fee to be made in advance of the work being carried out.
